Do I need Pro to close checkout overnight?
No. Scheduled checkout blocking is included in Free. Pro is useful when you need features such as after-hours preorders, an instant override, or per-product rules.
Does this add delivery slots or a booking calendar?
Open Close Store controls ordering availability. Do not assume it replaces a delivery-slot selector, reservation system, or fulfillment-capacity planner. Check any combination with your checkout, theme and other extensions before relying on it in a live store.
Which timezone does the schedule use?
Your WordPress timezone setting. Check Settings > General > Timezone before setting your hours.
